You called your dad? Your concern is utterly mind-blowing. I love you.
Yeah, I’m in PJs and one of my ugly John jumpers now. I dunno if I can do moist heat, but I can do rice sock and that always turns out vaguely moist.
I could attempt to make it stop with trazodone or percocet, both of which I currently possess.
OF COURSE I CALLED MY DAD I didn’t want to keep giving suggestions if they turned out to be misinformed/stupid, and I figured I could get a better opinion and maybe new suggestions if I asked. So. Yes.
You can sometimes determine the kind of injury by figuring out which positions make it better or worse (sometimes breathing difficulties are better if you’re sitting up; sometimes they’re a whole lot worse, especially if you bend over).
JUST FIND A COMFORTABLE POSITION AND A WARM SOCK AND DRINK TEA OR SOMETHING AND KEEP EATING GOOD FOOD AND OBVIOUSLY PROTEIN AND REMEMBER TO SLEEP because insomnia’s a turdface but your body needs to fix itself somehow.
